1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.

Note: Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at classypk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm your return eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a tracked courier service. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective or damaged items

To request an exchange, follow the same process as above and mention your desired replacement item/size.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a classy Collection error

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Undergarments or intimate apparel

  • Custom-made or personalized items

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at trendzinn40@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
