1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Nationwide (Pakistan)

  • International shipping 


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

*International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We may offer:

  • Free shipping on orders over

  • Flat-rate or variable shipping for smaller orders.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package through our delivery partner's website.


6. Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Courier service issues
    Classy PK is not liable for delays beyond our control.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Classy PK is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at trendzinn40@gmail.com We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
